also, he was just released last patch. they usually dont nerf/buff anything for a while unless its gamebreakingly op or up. since he is neither, riot is taking their time and seeing where he needs some changes and what those changes will be.

his q is dealing the same amount of damage as before, just scales less with mana but double scaling from ap and a little higher base damage.
the damage reduction on his w is barely noticable. -5 damage per 1000 mana.
e is getting a buff, 10 damage per 1000 mana. its not much but"

"the build is still giving me 115 bonus ad.
the advantage to building as/ap or hybridy is that not only will his attacking hurt but detonating his w will hurt extremely.
i should of also mentioned that im still dealing about twice as much physical as magical damage with this build."

anyway, as already been said, by raising his base damage and raising the ap scaling (because you had an archangels anyway, so you had ap) its practically the same amount of damage.

right now his ratios are .25 for the on hit of w, .01 for the burst of w, and 1:1 for his ult.
the passive steroid isnt good enough to rely on, you won't be near minions 100% of the time to kill one for that as boost.
riot really needs to release that ad caster "
