"it depends on how much ap you had. i had -657 or so. my shield had no health and my stun did no damage.
but i had 4 bloodthirsters and was doing 550 damage a hit, and when i ulted i had nearly 200% lifesteal."

"yep confirmed. it works. you just need to hold onto rageblade until you get the negative -200 ap.
also, this reduces the damage of his q and w. and a deathcap would reduce his ap by even more."
