yep confirmed. it works. you just need to hold onto rageblade until you get the negative -200 ap.
also, this reduces the damage of his q and w. and a deathcap would reduce his ap by even more.

that's crazy. deathcap causes ap to decrease at the percent? glad i go straight ad sion, no ap. (ofc defensive items, just no ap)

Only if you built a rageblade and used it with his E.
And we pretty much established rageblade sucks on him anyway. :P
Even if you got deathcap, it'd go up because you gain AP just from buying it. :P

it depends on how much ap you had. i had -657 or so. my shield had no health and my stun did no damage.

You will lose attack speed until you reach 0.200 then it stops. You will however still lose ability power. Once you get to around -200 ability power your attack speed will jump to 2.500. These affects persist even if you sell the Rageblade. If you gain any attack speed it will drop to .200 again. So if someone has a Starks it will drop as well as if you use Sions ultimate.
