outside of champion free weeks i barely see any champion thats not
a) a tank (rammus/shen/amumu.. you'll see one-2 every game.)
b) one of the last 5 newest champions

the thing too with soraka is that she has a heal that buffs armor and a passive aura that buffs mr.
i wish i could find a list that ranked everyone from highest to lowest at level 1 and level 18, im curious "
