"the main thing that blew me away is gp having the most health. that i couldnt believe.
the thing too with soraka is that she has a heal that buffs armor and a passive aura that buffs mr.
i wish i could find a list that ranked everyone from highest to lowest at level 1 and level 18, im curious "
