"First of all, your guide is really hard to read... everywhere are colors and walls of texts, mixed with too big pictures. This kind of format is not that good to find some information nor reading a whole in depth-guide.
On the other hand your items and especially runes and masteries are meh.

"Still a mage's damage is increasing with the level, too. There are only a few cases where I would prefer flat magic resistance (as you said: Rumble, maybe Ryze), in general /level should be better."

"Nope there are no mana problems, except when not starting with Doran's Ring - but if you start with boots/mantle/armor + pots you wont need to use Q that often due to the option of using the pots instead to heal.
