Since miss fortune is an AD carry, she's best played bot.
As for pantheon, he fall of late-game unless he get lots of kill.

"Like sirell said, she's a jack-of-all-trades but lean more toward offense then defense. She also got high Ap ratio for support and can sometime ks when using her ebb and flow. She's quite hard to master but she's also one of the strongest support."
