Any team that has a Jarvan means that your team can build for pure dmg. Aside from the support.

As for the cost of this, I rush the gold items, avarice blade and heart of gold. Now assuming that you get the farm, kills, and assists gold, these items make things a lil cheaper.

I take exhaust and ghost with improvement in both. This helps with chasing and escapes. Being able to use ghost as you decoy is always fun.
