They're 3 pretty expensive items, and Tri-Force and Mallet dont even synergise well with eachother, because the on-hit slow dont stack. The Madred's wont work well with Renekton either. You could easily add something tanky or something that atleas"

I would also recommend to switch out Warmog's Armor with either a Last Whisper"
