I am going to down-vote it for the same reason mentioned above. You should read jhoijhoi's Making A Guide if you haven't already.

And I frequently downvote people solely on layout because many people submit numerous guides daily. You just cannot afford to make one which is ugly.

Thanks for the feedback! I put a good bit of time into this guide, and I plan to try to stick with it. As I mentioned in my guide, it's my first. And I was trying to learn how to link some of the stuff. But I was on abit of a time restraint so I had to chop it down abit.So I still need to go back over and proof it. I'll be trying, over the next week or so, to get some more games in using this build, myself. And try to refine it as much as possible.

Also, the reason for the Shurelya's Battlesong rush is plain failure on how I PUT my build order.
In games I normaly try to get my Shurelya's Battlesong nearer towawrds mid game. Though the build order does make it seem to be a quick rush. I'll be changing it later tommorow, for I just got back tonight and just want to relax.

agreed with Bluanimal, check off the box that says Require Comment to Vote, to avoid troll voters. I like your guide it certainly has a lot of potential. You need to add some more pictures, and more sections. +1 though

Alright, first off you may want to go and edit your build and where you go to publish it in the box on the right side of the screen make sure you checkmark Require comment to vote. That will keep people from trashing your guide. Now onto the guide itself.

It doesn't have much detail or images but that's fine. Some coding issues though. You need to put , not power cord. The masteries and runes are both fine, but the items I can't seem to agree with. You put Aegis of the Legion off for quite a while, even though it provides stats that can make your whole team's mid game great. And the Shurelya's Battlesong rush isn't worth the active. The only thing you achieve by rushing it first is getting rid of your philosopher's stone which is a huge source of your gold.

I'm gonna go ahead and Up-vote it for now because I want to see this build get some more views and commenting, but there's a few things you can work on. Seeing as you're new to the sight I'm not expecting you to be a professional at coding and such.
