"If you mind, adding a part like "Requiem Counters" would be more than a success to your guide. Usually the enemy who can avoid your ultimate most of the times is Vladimir and/or Shaco. Popping Sanguine Pool right in time is crucial and thanks to it you can avoid a massive damage/finishin blow."
