"Scaling HP Seals are better than non-Scaling ones because after level 6 they're far better.
Just use HP Seals if your support and want to all-in at levels 2/3 or fear to get all-in'd at levels 2/3, other than that go Scaling HP Seals."

I think you should rephrase the mention to BT's price in the Mercurial item area (it's ambiguous if you don't know Mercurial Scimitar's price), besides, Mercurial's price got lowered by 100 as well as it's AD by 10.
