About the Builds!
The Normal Build is what you should take most of the times, also, it's way better for Blind Picks.
The Snowball Goddess build is just pure snowballing. Don't play it vs. a hard matchup, nor if the enemy team has a great early game. If they are all squishies it's the best build since it deletes them. If you use this build and your team is loosing you'll be totally useless. You have been warned.
