"I just feel that the slow percentage that command: dissonance grants, not to mention that after the recent patch it is now her most damaging spell, it could be put to more use. Perhaps even just switching your 7-10 levels so that it starts with command: dissonance instead of command: prote"

The boots have always been a situational buy. In the end both boots of mobility and sorcerer's shoes bring Orianna to a base movement speed of 370. The mobility boots were for getting around the map faster, but but reason to rush them was just to get that extra 20 base mov"

"My cheat sheet indicates my current gameplay. I absolutely love boots of mobility on Orianna however recently I've swapped them out for sorcerer's shoes and that's why my current cheat sheet has them on it instead.
