"The is a post patch guide but you have incorrect ranges for 3 of the 4 skills and the cooldowns you list for command: attack are incorrect as of this most recent patch.
Sorry to disagree with you IceCreamy but if anything this patch has solidified that Q should not be leveled up immediately. "
