Posted a Comment: Jul 8th, 2013 "Seeing the champion list, as far as bursty APs, I was wondering why fizz didn't make the list. He has an AOE knock up, good damage and high mobility. He seems like a perfect fit. Are things not as they seem here, or am I missing something?"
