"First of all +1 because it's AP Skarner :P
But I don't like the hextech gunblade at all. The only thing he can use is the lifesteal part because spellvamp doesn't work well with skarner. All of his abilities are AOE and don't have huge effect areas so spellvamp is very inefficient :(
