I know I said I'd share my secret project with you guys but it's actually gonna take me quite a while to get the first part done. Since there's no point in keeping it a secret anymore I'll tell you guys what the project is and what I've been up to.
I'm gonna write a Light Novel. If you don't know what a Light Novel is I'll put a link at the bottom of the blog post so just click it and you'll see. You might be wondering why I would want to write a LN considering how hard it would be to publish it. I'll answer that question right away by saying it's just something that I want to do. For some reason I really enjoy writing. I have this story I wrote and even though it didn't turn out so good it was so fun writing it. Making your own characters and your own story and then writing about both of those things..it's so much fun for me!
So yeah. This is why I asked you guys in a previous post what your goals/dreams are. I plan on using some (if not all) of your replies while creating the characters. One personal dream I have is to write a good LN. I want it to be so good that it gets turned into an anime. Wishful thinking maybe? I know. However, I don't plan on giving up on this just because it'll be very hard to achieve. Writing a good Light Novel will be really hard but it'll be so much fun as well.
This is why it's taking me so long to get the first part done. Right now I'm learning how to write a proper Light Novel. I have to read a Light Novel first and then analyze it. I already did this actually..well..mostly. Read Volume 1 of the Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo (girl in my sig is from it) Light Novel and then analyzed it. I'm gonna read Volume 1 of the Accel World Light Novel while I'm planing out mine. There's actually quite a lot to do while writing a LN. Like I already said you have to read one, analyze it, plan out your own LN, set a schedule, reread what you've already written so you'll be able to maintain continuity. There's just so much stuff that needs to be done. I'm working at a slow pace but that's only because I want it to be good when I actually do write it. And I guess you could say me being lazy has something to do with it as well.
Anyways guys thanks for reading (if you actually read all of this). I will definitely post the first Chapter of my LN in a blog post once I write it. But like I said it'll take time because I want it to be good. Once again, thanks for reading and see you in the next blog post! ^^

Good luck! Definitely will be hard if you're writing it in English due to the lack of infrastructure promoting it, but it'll definitely be a feat if you succeed :D

I've always loved writing, and thought about writing a short story or something but I've just never found that perfect idea that I want to write about. Anyways this is super awesome, good luck! Can't wait to read it :D
Enthusiastic are we? I like that. It'll motivate me for sure cause I wouldn't wanna let you down by writing a ****ty LN.

Are you fluent in japanese ;o
Not really. I only know a few words and phrases. I will learn Japanese eventually but even if I don't there's always translators. Not to mention, I already have someone who is willing to draw the illustrations for me.
