Nah, people with skins can win games :P I have skins in most of my main champs, and my win/loss ratio is positive x)

I just did an AP Sion Ranked 5'S Game (we're at 1300 team elo), and I never played him outside of aram. 6/6/18, not nearly as shiny as you but they were playing with skin talon and skin ap yi (they switched lane :> )
Funny..the Kat in my game also had a skin lol. Why does everyone with a skin always lose? It's unbelievable how it happens but it does xD gj in your games btw.
