"I agree with "Xeronn" here. Poppy has natural tankiness from her passive and the armor boost from Paragon of Demacia helps out too. The health from Frozen Mallet also contradicts her passive a little bit and makes it a tiny bit less useful as Valiant Fighter only really mak"
