"I am unbelievably sad right now. I can't believe I just saw someone use Rylai's Crystal Scepter and Hextech Gunblade in the same build and the fact that you are maxing Q over W. Those runes, are just bad. Also this guide is really short and doesn't explain a whole lot of information.

"You should REALLY add "Comment To Vote" or whatever it's called for your guide. Someone just down voted your guide and didn't even respond to why. Wouldn't you like to know how you can improve or why he down voted? Also, I really don't think Singed should be built with all tank items. "
