"As a jungler I think full AP is too expensive, unless you get super fed. This is why I think a build with attack speed might not only make her clear time better but also be a bit less expensive. (Might be wrong though, didnt do the maths on the build cost)"

"What Zeprido said. Late game vlad might win over Viktor, but vlad is weak early game where Viktor shines. Maybe saying its a counter is too strong of a term but its still a hard matchup imo."
