"Having pure health in the start is much better for mundo, many carries cannot deal with the huge hp bars at the start...
The item is reasonably expensive (spirit visage).. and after the Ulti nerf... Giants belt > spirit visage is starting to really shine...

"Even from a business perspective, you can clearly see many..many people complain about the quality of LoL.... If LoL wants to stand a chance against competitors such as HoN or even the up ccming Dota 2, they better do something about the servers.
