That should change it, until further testing.
But why I thought about that:
1) Vorpal's base Heal will be less effective with every rank, your own HP has more influence now.

3 AD more than 2 Swords, 6 armor short for 2 Cloths, 3% more life steal than vampire...
Even if it will loose some value, let's just say the 3 AD + 3% Lifesteal make up for the 6 armor:
2x415+2x300+450= 1880"

Even if you do that it cannot be called "spamming".
Ofc JitB is the best way to do that, but you wont need to unnecessarily drain your mana to with Deceive, that's just rubbish.
And without a reason like being chased or sth, wasting mana on wall hopping to save what? 1-2 secs?"
