If your timing´s right on most champs you can get away with it even against a caster/ranged mostly unharmed taking 1-2 autohits, the enemy´s creepwave would do more dmg. I guess if you´d do so"

By my experience, the moment you finished Hextech/Rageblade/Ninja and Nashors you´ll roflstomp nearly everything 1vs1.
