"I cant remember Talon having one on his Q.
You activate it and your dagger gets his animation immediately.
But that you have to right click after Cutthroat since he stops and you have to wait till he starts attacking some close enemy otherwise,... quite enoying."

"Yeah, but you dont want to go offtank on Jax using your precious items and benefit more from the "Hp for dmg"-passive.
Also if you believe the OP (which had totally other intentions opening this thread...) even in combiation with Rageblad+ulti you wont reach 2.5, ~2.0 at max.

"Well with Garen you have a point, but did you get Ninjas or Mercury at that time? If you got Mercury but also bought Wriggle to counter Garen thats just contra.
And Ninjas arent just "dodge" for Jax its dodge/stun+dmg/MR!
