Like any melee out there who actually autohits and uses AS therefore needs a 3k item that doesn't give him any defense....

but if you buy multiple BCs you will simply stack the buff faster and not create multiple buffs which all stack individually.

Admitted, Singed is never anything near 90% Mana, but with Seraph's + Gauntlets... and the Def you should get, thats ~750 and more effective HP you get form that shield."
