You can't stack you on-hit on multiple targets, ergo either they forget it and bugs are incoming or they'll make sure that only your main target can get the stacks."

b) There's no easy way to spawn pets. Heimer is the easiest one by having a normal skill active to spawn one. Everyone else has a too complicated system in order to even reach level 2 with it.

"And before you activate Barrier you're most of the time already hit by Ignite, suffering from the heal reduce and at least 1 or 2 ticks damage.
Wasted if there isn't more damage incoming.
But I rly like the way Masteries and SS are going, makes me wanna believe that there are some ppl in Riot "
