"You should consider using E first.
It has a small ranged that makes it pretty hard to hit an enemy with all 3 Shadow Slashes + you'll slow the enemy to easy land the Shurikens.
And someone knows if hitting enemies with your Ulti's Shadow "Shadow Slash" also reduces W's CD? I guess "

"Burst assass mostly get some Flat ArmPen atm to nullify the little armor ADCs have.
Bigger stuff is for late game and against some bruiser heavy teams.
And And with the Penetration rework incoming it's really unstable in what direction the Meta will be tilted.

And yeah, use your E in a group 1sec CD reduce on your W for every unit hit by your shadow.
And imo: Dropping some damage on E by maxing it last and W second isn't bad.
You won't lose any CD on it and the damaged loss there is compensated by gaining "
