Lifesteal: Autoattacks and on-hit skills.
Spell vamp: Anything else which deals dmg.
Lifesteal/spell vamp doesn't work only on true/magic dmg generated from auto attacks.

He didnt remodel his shotgun to look like a Tommy, he used a RG-6/Milkor Grenade launcher!
In fact he uses different kinds of grenade ammunition to act like that of a shotgun, while additionally providing utility like smoke grenades/clusters and still enables "

"Dont think that you can call it OP.
IMO I like that they "recycled" the idea behind Hexdrinker and carried it into late game, that way it's a MR/offensive alternative for AD Caster instead of wasting money on Wit's End or going for full-tank stuff like FoN."
