"congratz, you just copied some rly active played build on champs like Lee/Nasus/Noc/Trundle/Irelia etcetcetc
Just put Madrde's as "more dmg"-alternative on the bench and replace it with sth more tanky (Frozen Heart etc).
Don't wanna mock you but that build is out for at least 1 year "
