Get yourself the safe resolution:
Mana Crystal -> boots -> Phage -> Mercury -> Glacier -> TF.
And btw: Talking about how you can deal with him on lvl 6... doesnt quite cut it, if he can do anything he wants until then.

"Yeah but Akali cant do anything without hitting lvl 6...
And still a solution like "You HAVE to play champ x,y" doesn't cut it, if "x,y" dont succeed more than 5 champs at least..."
