Okay so my last blog post was about the rise of 
Ryze. This one...is about the rise of both Ryze and Jayce.
With the slight buff to Tear of the Goddess it seems that both of these champions gained an indirect buff to them. Looking at the lolking stats on both of these champs... Ryze has seen a small rise in play since his buff (Feb 28th I believe) and a very high surge in win percentage. (Here) As for Jayce his pick percentage sky rocketed around the 6th of March but his win percentage still fluctuates normally. (Here)
That being said I feel like both of these champs are going to be seen more. Well probably Ryze more than Jayce but we'll see. Why? Simply because I feel like they slightly...NOT completely counter the meta right now. Well...I dunno about Jayce but I feel Ryze does. Even with the fast push meta I still feel like they are strong. I think Jayce works well with a siege comp due to ranged cannon form and poke as well as pick comps with his E.
As for Ryze. With him being ranged and I think he just bullies everyone and everything out of lane. For example...Renekton. Yes I understand that was Korean Solo Q but still. He outranges him and bullies him out with Q and the snare as well.
