"It can be great against high-burst threats and assassins, but be mindful that ranged champions only reduce by 10% from all sources. You'll need to find a way to secure kills quickly in combat to avoid bleeding out from the true damage burn."

"Hexoptics C44 is more suited for champions such as Ashe, Caitlyn or Jinx. If you really wanted to try this on Miss Fortune in tandem with rapid firecannon, you could in a casual game, but for ranked climbing, I don't think it makes a significant impact.
