Just something neat I learned, on the left-hand side of the game screen you can see the champion icons, right? With the health and mana/other bar. Right next to those bars is a circle. When it's green, that means the champion's ultimate is up. Use this with your teammates "

"No. I think you're referring to when the author of a guide has only one guide chapter, but splits it into different sections, and makes their own table of contents. You'd have to ask someone with experience more about this, unless you're talking about something else."
