Slowing the target not only for you but also for your team is realy crucial imho. Many champions can "catch up" on your initiation or just find it easier to land skillshots and skillshot CCs"

Player B doesnt have to revenge vote down it is usualy the deal that they just dont agree on the other ppl choices and think they are wrong. I would treat it that way. Ofc we have bunch of flamin"
