YOu dont get it on ranked games and basicly it becomes useless item on lvl 30+ normals too,
You can sooo easily loose the stacks gimping you heavily for later on.
It also makes you focus on this prioritizing NOT LOOSING ANY and that is bad for the team, especial"

Go with ArP marks n quits and get Stark... that is all you need basicly. I wouldnt recomend LW in any way... flat ArP > LW"

His ulti is totaly unusable on lvl 1... the rane is exactly the range of your screen... which makes it more or less a slight linger "charge"...
That was a very bad nerf and destroyed his gameplay tbh..."
