Imho the best after Yi is Trynde. He is cheap and uses similar mechanics.

Warwick jungling route test
Welcome.

Imho it is either none or all as i said before.
Doesnt matter how hard is to get or maintain stacks. I think that still brackets with max value would be best and for now all items without the bonuses.
