"10AP from improved ignite vs 4% damage reduction.
On AP Akali build i would still go for 9/21/0. That 4% is a flat bonus that cannot be removed by ArP or Mpen so it is quite handy."

"Becouse they did a "hash error" while transfering the patch to EU severs that made ppl get a file.c error while patching.
now they fixed the issue and they are working on the servers.
