"Vet is a person that contributed somehow to the site in a noticeable way. It isnt something you can "achieve" by doing X or Y (like many ppl thoguht it was granted for amount of spam they do on the site to bump the post count)
They are carefully picked and they get a special "voice&q"

"a high KD ratio isnt something that instantly says "i am a good player" or "this build rox". While AP shaco is good for killstealing he is medicore on rest. He cant push THAT efficiently the lanes/towers and he is somehow passive since he focuses on making those damn 99999 box tr"

"It takes time for the site to cache up. How long after the build got archived you got the comments?
They might been posted when the guide was up but it took some time for the site to cache it and they apeared after it was already archived.
