"I belive that Nunu is still best as supportish tank. Making him full-support isn't kinda worth it. But Nunu is the most supportish tank. Exhaust is a must for lane-nunu but for jungler it's still movement spell."

"mmh yeah but that would work only as a fun build, while cho needs his regular spells (exhaust + movement spell) in order to fit team form. Perhaps exhaust, surge could do it but can cho ulti someone if he has zero movement spells?"
