"Karthus is still easy A tier. Hecarim is more like B tier or smth, so you should probably swap them xD.
Also I cant see world in which Lee Sin and Jax be in same tier with Rammus, champion is actually so weak. "

"I don't know is you are trolling or something, but there is no way that Rammus is amazing or even "in good spot". His early game is so exploitable, you can repeat invade him, over and over again. Also, you can just pick early game jungler like Xin, J4 or Nunu and win all 3 lanes before"
