It's not AS strong. They buffed the amount it heals/restores mana in addition to increasing its cost. In my opinion, it's still a great item until you build significant amounts of HP."

"Revised the guide. I finally took Shurelya's (I still dislike it, buuuuut it makes more sense to take Flash and Exhaust, which is one less reason towards taking the flask (if only I could stack Philo's passive QQ))
