The build my friend came up with. Ignore that I used Ezreal as the base, since Lucian's numbers aren't finalized and Ezreal is the most mechanically similar ADC.

So I've been telling him the core items are probably going to be Bloodthirster and Trinity Force, similar to Ezreal's old build. So these would most likely be the Core.

He says Bloodthirster first for in-lane sustain. No BS there, it's common for carries.

Then he says he'd probably get Berserker's Greaves, followed by a Trinity Force. Again, same as old Ezreal build. However, he mentioned specifically that the passive procs twice, that gives Lucian a 50% chance to activate the Phage effect of Trinity Force, which is obviously higher than other ADCs.

And then he wanted critical strike chance, which is common for any ADC NOT named Ezreal. I don't know why he said Statikk Shiv over Phantom Dancer first, but it WOULD allow for better tower pushing. Maybe it depends on how many turrets you've pushed down by this point in the game.

Then Last Whisper for the obvious armor penetration. Then sell off Berserker's Greaves in favor of the other Zeal item, as you've now hit 11% MS. I'm a little concerned with the lack of room for a defensive item, but he's got a gap closer, MS, and a 50% chance to proc a slow...so he can kinda kite.

I'm wondering if it'd be worth it in the masteries to drop the one point in Blast for Sorcery, but his Ardent Blaze and The Culling scale with AP. Or drop Destruction in favor of something else.

The runes are my preference. Typical ADC stuff, though I take 1 Greater Quintessence of Life Steal and 2 Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage over 3 Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage.
