"I have tried Skarner few months ago in ARAM and he was so wonderful! Some tell me he's broken, but which champion in League of Legends is not broken anyways?! People should drop this idea of "Broken" thing xD

"I am not here for the build of course xD I am here to check any tips xd so... I think the cons you mentioned about low mobility and E not doing any damage is a way to balance the champion, Ashe can't move but she can see who's going to approach her so she can run away
