Malphite is not underrated, I often see him banned, but not quite as much as before his nerf. When I wrote this guide and played him alot, he was constantly banned in ranked games. And it could be activated way too often if it was only 100 damage in level 5 x) The rest of the spell is improved. A 300 damage is not that rare in mid-late game anyways, so it I think it seems bal"
