Posted a Comment: May 1st, 2011 "You can also go with jarvan, who is kinda tanky, strong in lane and he does quite a lot of damage. Hugen has a great guide for him. He is a good initiater, a good harraser and he is viable in duolane, sololane and as a jungler, when you are more experienced."

And it could be activated way too often if it was only 100 damage in level 5 x) The rest of the spell is improved. A 300 damage is not that rare in mid-late game anyways, so it I think it seems bal"
