"To be honest, as it stands this isn't just a guide on how to Top Lane well, it's a guide on how to be better at League in general.

Build is also good, you explain all your content in great detail & I didn't notice any glaring mistakes.
I can give some advice on Gragas top though: his inbuilt sustain is pretty good, so will be hard to push out of lane t"
