Also, I would add that Empower resets the attack cd, using it right after a Q(Leap Skill) can cause you to attack twice instantly if used right. I would also remove the Zeke's Herald simply because it's not that good a"

You don't need to spam Tiger as must as phoenix to clear, and with Wriggle's you can clear amazingly fast with the bonus attack speed. Also, I would replace the Armor Pen Quints with Move Speed, the 1.5% on each one is much more then you"
