I'd say Trundle. Skarner is easier to play, but Trundle is really fun.

"Waaaaaaay too much CDR. I admit, I sometimes get Heart/Gauntlet/Visage since they're all so good on him, but that's top-lane Taric. Taking CDR runes, CDR masteries, and 60% CDR from items is just stupid and downvote-worthy, no matter how good the items are on the champion."
